By using the Site or signing up for early access, you agree to these Terms. The Qwoter application itself will be governed by a separate subscription agreement made available at launch.
Qwoter is currently pre-launch. Published prices are indicative of planned launch pricing unless confirmed in a signed agreement or order form.
You agree not to:

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the Site is general information and is not insurance, legal, tax, or compliance advice. Quoting outputs and savings figures shown on the Site are illustrative examples only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qwoter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
