Qwoter (“Qwoter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at qwoter.net (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the marketing Site only; the Qwoter application will be covered by its own privacy terms when it launches.
We collect information in two ways:
We do not sell your personal information.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of: your consent (analytics cookies, marketing emails), the steps needed to respond to your request (form submissions), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site.
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to manage the early access program and respond to your inquiry, and analytics data for the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for usage measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The Site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
